Emily Hutmacher on 432 Abercorn

Within days of receiving these interesting photos from Jennie, I received the following picture from Emily Hutmacher. Emily wrote to say she snapped this picture during a Sixth Sense Savannah ghost tour on Friday, February 18, 2011. It looks like the same image of the little girl captured by both Jennie and Charlie. What’s especially remarkable is that all of these anomalies show up in the very same window of the house at 432 Abercorn. Add Adam‘s picture of a little girl in the other first-floor window, and our haunted tale gets even more interesting.

Same window, same window pane!

As I mentioned in my previous post, you can click on the picture to go to the photo album, and from there you can click on it again to see the full-size version. Please comment and let me know what you think!

Like I said before, I have the same type of photo and on a small scale, it looks like a face. But once you see it on a computer, you can tell it is just a detail on the fireplace.

I agree with you completely. If you look at the photos the “anomaly” is in the same place every time. It’s the same size, the same shape, the same position. All the pictures are taken from the same place, down and below at street level. When you blow up the photo and look closely you can see an object on the fireplace. And it’s always there. You may see more or less of it depending on your perspective, but it’s in the same spot every time.

I didn’t do the walking tour, but I assume you can’t walk up the stairs and take a picture through the window at eye level and get a clear shot of the fireplace.

There’s an interesting story to the house, but as stated, it’s nothing more than legend. Things on the fireplace just fuel the fire so to speak, but this is just an object in the room.

Sadly, you can’t look in the windows at all anymore. They have been covered following an act of vandalism at the house. Even if the “girl in the window” theory has been debunked, there is still a plethora of strange activity at that house. I doubt we’ll ever know the full story!

Those windows are actually NOT covered and can actually still be looked through. However, my camcorder shows quite different evidence besides a face plastered in the wall and an anomaly… The stranger cannot be shared…

Glad to hear the windows are uncovered! Someone had put up heavy drapes last summer.
