Casey, a South Georgia resident, has this to say:
“Look in the window to the right of the front door. Draw your own conclusion. I will tell you this. I am a deputy sheriff in south Georgia. I enjoy the entertainment value, but am generally otherwise skeptical. This was taken by my wife on a walking tour. Went back the next day in the daylight and saw nothing that appeared to attribute to the picture.”
